A London-based retail Forex and CFDs broker has made significant internal promotions within its leadership team, elevating two executives from Sofia, Bulgaria, to important C-Suite positions. The newly appointed Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is Danislav Gurbalov, who has been with the firm for four years. His tenure began as a Marketing Project Manager, and more recently, he served as Head of Marketing Operations. His background includes nine years of experience as a Marketing Manager and Copy Consultant through Upwork prior to joining the brokerage.
In addition to Gurbalov’s promotion, Nedko Geshev has been appointed Chief Communications Officer (CCO). Geshev joined the company in 2022, starting in the marketing department, and rapidly advanced to the role of Head of Marketing Communications at the beginning of 2025.
These promotions follow the exit of Matteo Paganini, who had previously held the CCO position but departed earlier this year. The latest leadership changes signal a commitment to fostering talent from within the organization while also adapting to evolving market dynamics.
As a regulated entity by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK, the brokerage maintains licensed operations in multiple jurisdictions, aiming to meet diverse client needs comprehensively.
