A significant enhancement has been made to a multi-asset order execution management system tailored for professional users. The latest update is version 25.13, introducing improvements to the option chain feature.
One of the most notable upgrades is the adjustment in calculations for the option chain, which now accurately considers non-standard settlement options when determining whether options are in-the-money (ITM) or out-of-the-money (OTM). This change ensures users receive precise and reliable information for various option types available on the platform.
Additionally, several fixes have been implemented to enhance user experience. For example, there was an issue in the underlying section of the option chain, where a placeholder date of 0001-01-01 was displayed for earnings and ex-dividend dates when no earnings date was available. This issue has been resolved, and now the platform will not show any value unless it actually exists.
Another improvement addresses the ITM/OTM shading in the option chain. Previously, this shading did not update in real-time with the underlying asset’s price changes, which resulted in discrepancies in the display when compared to market conditions. Users can now expect accurate representation of the ITM/OTM status based on current market prices.
Moreover, the Position Monitor now functions better by displaying expiration line items even if the net quantity is zero, which is typical for spreads. This means that expirations with a net quantity of zero will still be visible, along with critical details such as Greeks, premium, and profit & loss (P&L) for individual legs that have non-zero quantities.
These enhancements aim to provide a smoother and more precise trading experience, reflecting a commitment to continuously improving the platform for its users.
