The latest update to a multi-asset order execution management system targeted at professionals introduces version 25.14, which brings key enhancements to the Order Ticket and Option Chain features.
For the Order Ticket function, users can now access a layout that supports up to five columns and five rows within the quote panel. This adjustment enhances the display of information, which is crucial for users seeking a comprehensive overview of their trading data.
Additionally, there is notable optimization in the Time & Sales module. In prior versions, users with multiple Order Tickets opened frequently faced performance lags, particularly when dealing with extensive time and sales data. The recent improvements have made grid rendering much more efficient. This reduces delays and provides a smoother experience for users managing numerous active tickets simultaneously.
On the Option Chain side, a significant improvement has been introduced where the buy/sell indicator pop-up now shows the order price directly. This eliminates the necessity of opening the Order Ticket or Order Manager, streamlining the process of monitoring orders and boosting trading efficiency.
Moreover, the Option Chain has implemented visual enhancements through color coding for the cBID/ASK and pBID/ASK columns. This makes it simpler for traders to ascertain the positioning of their open buy or sell orders in relation to the current market bid or offer. Bright green and bright red backgrounds signify orders at the optimal bid or offer, with darker shades indicating orders at further distances from these best prices. Users can enable this feature in the settings section of the Option Chain under General options.
These enhancements reflect ongoing efforts to optimize trading experiences by facilitating quicker access to critical data and improving overall usability for professionals in the trading sector.
