A significant development has occurred at Finalto, as the head of Research and Development has departed from the company. This executive, who was based in Copenhagen, joined Finalto in 2021 and played a crucial role in overseeing the R&D team responsible for the proprietary trading platform ClearVision. This platform is integral to Finalto’s B2B operations and is actively supported by a skilled team of over 40 developers located in both Denmark and Singapore.
Before his tenure at Finalto, this executive was the Development Director of Corporate Banking for SDC, a provider of IT solutions to banking firms, from 2016 to 2021. His experience also includes a long history at Danske Bank, where he worked for 13 years and ultimately served as the Manager of Payment Products.
This departure follows a series of senior management transitions at Finalto, including the exits of the CEO and COO, suggesting a period of significant change within the organization’s leadership structure.
