Alpha Group International plc has announced that Nicole Coll will join its Board as an independent non-executive Director, effective March 17, 2025. Coll is a certified chartered accountant with a robust background in the financial sector, boasting over 25 years of global experience.
Throughout her career, she has held various senior positions, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer at a UK-based private bank, and has worked in senior finance roles at the Bank of England and Société Générale. Her extensive experience has equipped her with the skills necessary for high-level financial management and strategic oversight.
At present, Coll holds several independent non-executive director positions at prominent financial institutions. Notably, she is the Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Société Générale International Limited. Additionally, she serves as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director as well as Chair of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees at Atrium Underwriting Group Ltd.
Moreover, Coll is actively engaged as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at DF Capital Bank Limited. She also holds the position of Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair at Dudley Building Society, where she chairs the Audit Committee as well.
In her new role at Alpha Group, Coll will lead the Group’s Audit Committee, succeeding Vijay Thakrar, who will retain his position as Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Coll will also participate in the company’s Remuneration and Nomination committees, contributing her expertise to enhance governance and strategic directives within the organization.
Her appointment is anticipated to bring additional expertise and leadership to the Board, reinforcing Alpha Group’s commitment to maintaining high standards in governance and financial oversight.
