Vaultz Capital Shares Now Trading on OTCQB Venture Market

by FXInsider

Trading of shares for a digital asset company has officially begun on the OTCQB Venture Market, designated by the ticker symbol VZTCF. This development follows the approval of the OTC Market Group Inc. The company’s shares will remain available for trading on both the Aquis Stock Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The OTCQB provides a trading platform for entrepreneurial and developmental stage companies, ensuring transparency and an established framework. Firms must pass a minimum bid price criterion, maintain current financial reporting, and undergo an annual verification and management certification process to qualify.

The new arrangement allows trading on the US OTC market without affecting the existing shares traded on the Aquis and Frankfurt exchanges. Importantly, there will be no new ordinary shares issued as part of this cross-trading setup. The company will continue to issue announcements via RNS in the UK, remaining exempt from Sarbanes-Oxley and SEC reporting requirements.

The CEO of the firm expressed that joining the OTCQB marks a significant milestone for the company’s growth trajectory. This move is intended to provide US investors with easier access to trade shares, while also broadening the international shareholder base. The company’s management believes this transition will enhance visibility, improve liquidity of shares, and support long-term capital strategies. They also expressed appreciation for the ongoing support from shareholders as the company looks to extend its global presence.
