Victor Gherbovet introduces white label solutions via FirstByt!
FirstByt, a new white label solutions provider, has been launched by Victor Gherbovet, the former CEO of Admirals. The company will offer end-to-end solutions to brokerages and exchanges, including white label options, legal support, multi-asset liquidity, technology, payments, compliance assistance, and marketing services. FirstByt will be mainly managed from Romania, where Gherbovet is based, and Lithuania.
Gherbovet stated that FirstByt has been in development for almost two years and aims to provide tailored products for the brokerage industry. With over 15 years of experience in fintech, Gherbovet noted the increasing demand for brokerage-related services in both traditional and crypto markets. He emphasized that FirstByt offers an all-in-one solution with modular components that can be customized according to clients’ needs.
FirstByt believes that a successful brokerage business requires a solid legal foundation, efficient trading infrastructure, payment processing, reporting and analytics tools, and regulatory compliance features. The company aims to address these aspects while providing scalability, flexibility, and customization options through its SaaS solutions. FirstByt aims to empower brokerage businesses to adapt to changing market conditions, meet regulatory requirements, and drive sustainable growth.
Alongside Gherbovet, FirstByt was co-founded by Dimitre Tzonev, an Admirals alum, and Serg Gulko as CTO. The company is committed to launching its suite of white label software solutions for fintech clients within a few weeks.
